Trip Report
We swung into the parking lot below Chinook Pass and immediately noticed how hammered the slope above the lot was. Not wanting to ski a mogul field (it wasn’t that bad, but was close…), we traversed from the parking lot and made our way up to a saddle. The descent down to the lake was nice, although coverage was low and the trees were thick. At the bottom, Dale and I decided to make our way around the Lake and ski a nice swathe on the opposing side, while Tim, Maria and Sheri relaxed in the sun. After a nice ski, we all headed back with a short ski down to the traverse.
